3. Service Fees and Payment

• Free AI Audit: Initial consultation and audit services are provided at no charge.
• Implementation Services: Subject to a one-time setup fee and ongoing monthly subscription fees as quoted.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable once implementation work has begun.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide access to necessary systems and accounts for implementation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willow Solutions AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms.
